Micah Rice became Director of Operations at Dvorak Financial Planning in August 2025 after more than a decade in education and school leadership. A former school-based principal and teacher, he has dedicated his career to building strong systems, supporting people, and creating lasting impact. Micah holds degrees from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and Athens State University.
A native of Cullman, AL, Micah serves as a deacon to his church family and is active in the community as co-chair of the Cullman Area Chamber of Commerce Youth Leadership Program. He has been married to his wife, Hannah, for 18 years, and together they are raising four children. Micah leads with purpose, serves with integrity, and is committed to operating for impact in both his professional and personal life.
